Inviting twelve CEO’s and Chairs  from influential organisations around the Hauraki Gulf to focus on high level innovation for the health of the Gulf. The project uses an internationally proven approach to change leadership, starting with outdoor immersion on Great Barrier Island to experience a living systems perspective. Then coaching and peer-mentoring supports participants to identify the role their organisations might play in the whole Gulf regeneration, experimenting with psychology and narrative as tools for leading change.
